my hand is .5 inch wide. according to the chart it comes to an x-large. the gloves are skin tight., the finger holes are very tight. I hope there is a little stretch in them. excellent material, the silicon grips my silicon handlebar grips, like spiderman delivery was okay took an extra 5days. great seller. no problems.
