Received the rotator in 4 weeks. I tested it right away and it was totally stuck, no way to rotate it. Did some internet searching and found a way to fix it. I heated the rotator to about 100 degrees Celsius and then put it cold water. After that it could be rotated, but it was still a bit stiff so I injected some liquid lubricant through screw holes and finally it's now working OK. But the factory should do this kind of checks and fixes, not the buyer.

El dispositivo esta como pegado, no consigo hacerlo girar con lo cual es totalmente inutil, precisamente el uso es poder girar la camara y por mas que lo he intentado no consigo moverlo. Mal producto y descontento con la compra. Intentare contactar con el vendedor.

Product description clearly says extension thickness is 12.5mm. In reality, it is 13.5mm. This is a problem as I had ordered an extension ring as well to achieve a particular back focus distance. The larger thickness means I cannot achieve correct back focus. :/

A turn is very firm even if I loosen a clamp screw. Besides, there is a place to fall into. It is difficult to turn it with attaching a camera to a telescope.
